About BRG Northwest

Salmon River & Sawtooth Mountains, Stanley Valley, ID Tony and Diane Dann formed BRG Northwest, LLC in January 2009. With the Browning Reserve Group’s extensive growth in California and Nevada, Tony & Diane worked with Bob Browning to open an office expanding the Browning Reserve Group into the Northwest.

Tony has been doing reserve studies since 1997 when he joined the Sacramento office of Colliers International to work with Bob. At the time, Diane was a Certified Property Manager, CPM, and involved in asset management with Colliers. Tony transitioned with Bob when he formed Browning Reserve Group in April, 1999. Diane was promoted to the Boise, Idaho office of Colliers causing relocation to Idaho in the spring of 2001.  

BRG Northwest has also enjoyed growth by following the same quality principles of the Browning Reserve Group in providing professional reserve studies for common interest developments.  BRG Northwest operates in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, western Montana and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Needless to say, Tony and Diane, in keeping with BRG tradition, are on the road quite a bit traveling with their canine company mascot, Buddy.
