N. Anthony Dann
N. Anthony Dann worked with Robert Browning beginning June 1997 performing reserve studies in the Sacramento & Central Valley area of California. He continued his relationship joining Browning Reserve Group when it was formed in April, 1999.
In April 2001 Mr. Dann relocated to Idaho and continued to perform reserve studies in the Boise, Idaho area on a limited basis. In 2009 Mr. Dann is pleased to open the Northwest regional office for Browning Reserve Group. He will be providing reserve studies for common interest developments in Idaho, Oregon, Washington and western Montana.
Mr. Dann's business career involved the acquisition, disposition and mortgage financing of commercial income producing real property. He also provided real estate consulting, loan and asset portfolio management and administration.
Mr. Dann holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Business Administration/ Management & Finance from California State University, Northridge, California.
In his spare time, Mr. Dann enjoys participating in long distance, cross country equine endurance racing.
Diane has had a successful career as a Certified Property Manager in management, administration and marketing of commercial office buildings, retail centers, multi-unit residential properties, industrial/commercial buildings, residential care facilities and hotels located primarily in the western and central United States. In her capacity as an Asset Manager Diane has been responsible for the total care and maintenance of multi-million dollar properties adhering to and creating annual and long term budgets. With her experience and knowledge comes a well qualified administrator.
